Manchester City forward Sergio Aguero says that he used to follow Liverpool as a child and Michael Owen was his favourite player.
The 27-year-old said: “I always liked the Premier League, as a kid. I used to like Liverpool because I liked Michael Owen. He was pretty small so I used to identify with him when I was seven or eight.”
“Now I’m here I reckon, right now, the Premier League is better than not just the Spanish League but probably any other league in the world, ” the Argentinian player added.
In 2011 Aguero was bought by Manchester City. The forward has scored 116 goals in 176 appearances for City.

And now he says that he wants to return to his childhood club at the age of 31. His contract with ManCity expires in 2019.
